Olha Orhanista has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Blackthorn Vision since May 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing vacancy openings, supervising the recruiting team, and tracking recruiting metrics. Prior to this role, Olha worked as an HR Generalist at +EV Technologies LLC from November 2019 to May 2021, focusing on the full cycle recruitment process, onboarding and adaptation of new specialists, performance monitoring, conducting outgoing interviews, and organizing team events.
