Christian Vergilio

Christian Vergilio has a vast experience in the real estate industry, having worked for companies such as Blacktop Industrial Trust, Arden Logistics Parks, Arden Group, Inc, Angelo Gordon, and PGIM Real Estate. With a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University, Christian currently holds the position of Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Blacktop Industrial Trust. Prior to this, Christian served as the Managing Director at Arden Logistics Parks and Senior Vice President - Acquisitions & Debt Originations at Arden Group. Additionally, Christian has experience in acquisitions at both Angelo Gordon and PGIM Real Estate.
