Kevin G. Tucker

In addition to leading all proposal efforts, Tucker organizes and maintains a corporate “knowledge base” of Blackwatch’s past performance and marketing information and assists with other business development and capture initiatives. He has held similar positions with multiple federal IT contracting firms since 2002.

Tucker has more than 25 years of experience in the federal IT contracting industry and is an expert in corporate communications practices. He has directly supported federal agencies such as the U.S. Customs Service, General Services Administration, Government Accountability Office, U.S. Postal Service, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

He also is a skilled editor who has written for NASA’s HQ Bulletin, the Federal Aviation Administration’s Aviation Safety Journal, and The Dallas Morning News. Tucker holds a master’s degree in telecommunications from George Washington University.
