Henry Wu Hu CQF, EPAT, MsQF has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of risk management, financial consulting, and field engineering. Henry has held various roles in renowned companies such as BLADEX, BancoPanamá, Banesco Panamá, Grupo LAFISE, Banco LAFISE Panama, GBM, Baker Hughes, and Nera Telecommunications Ltd.

Henry'smost recent role was as a Market Risk VP at BLADEX, where they started in February 2018. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Vice President of Risk Management at BancoPanamá from December 2017 to February 2018.

From 2013 to 2017, Henry worked at Banesco Panamá, where they held multiple roles including Financial Risk Manager, Market and Liquidity Risk Manager, and Senior Market Risk Officer. In these positions, they developed expertise in managing financial risk, developing liquidity market risk management control frameworks, and conducting stress testing for liquidity management.

In 2012, Henry worked as the Financial Risks Regional Coordinator at Grupo LAFISE. Henry also worked as a Corporate Strategy and Financial Consultant at Banco LAFISE Panama earlier that year, where they contributed to the development of the bank's corporate banking commercial strategy.

Before transitioning into the finance industry, Henry gained experience in the engineering sector. Henry worked as a Field Engineer at Baker Hughes from 2008 to 2010, where they performed various wire line operations for clients in Venezuela, including PDVSA, PETROBOSCAN, PETROWAYU, PETROSIVEN, and BARIPETROL.

Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Nera Telecommunications Ltd from 2007 to 2008, where they developed microwave links for companies such as Movistar, Digitel, and Movilnet.
