Carol Frau

Carol Frau is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at BLAINE Box since March 2019, overseeing operational strategies for the company. Prior to this role, Carol co-founded Fashion Signs, responsible for distributing Lerros in Spain from July 2016 to August 2019. Carol's earlier experience includes co-founding IDL Idols, serving as Chief Operations Officer from February 2002 to June 2013, where management of international expansion across eight European countries and a purchasing team of three was a key focus. Additionally, during the same period at Idols, Carol held the position of Head Branding, creating the brand concept and managing a team of eight. The career began at CHIPIE from April 1986 to February 2002, where Carol served as Head Designer, building a global design team of 30 and identifying market trends, while also managing operational areas and sales teams as Chief Operations Officer.
