Christa Sterling

Christa Sterling has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Christa started their professional career as a Tax Law Clerk at Ausley McMullen in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Christa then joined Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen, PA as an Associate Attorney from 2005 to 2009. In 2011, they joined CoStar Group as a Research Associate and worked there until 2012. Later in 2012, Christa joined Blake Real Estate, Inc., where they served as a Commercial Property Manager until December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Marketing at Blake Real Estate, Inc. starting from January 2022.

Christa Sterling, RPA obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Florida State University College of Law in the years 2001-2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University between 1999 and 2001. Christa also holds additional certifications in Property Management from the District of Columbia Real Estate Commission, a Real Property Administrator certification from BOMI International, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Blake Real Estate, Inc.
