Glen Michael

Glen Michael has extensive work experience in the engineering and real estate industry. Glen is currently the President and Co-Founder of GEM Realty Group LLC since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Engineer at Blake Real Estate, Inc. starting in 2021. Glen also served as a Firefighter/EMT at Spotsylvania County Fire and Rescue from 2015. Glen held the position of Chief Engineer at Dewberry from 2020 until 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Chief Engineer at Monday Properties, Akridge, and Simon Properties from 2019 to 2020, 2018 to 2019, and 2017 to 2018, respectively. Glen had a long tenure at The JBG Companies, where they worked as a Chief Engineer from 2005 to 2017. Glen was also a Co-Owner at S&G Maintenance Solutions from 2012 to 2016. Glen began their career as a Lead Engineer at Consolidated Engineering Services/EMCOR in 1991, where they worked until 2005.

Glen Michael's education history includes attending the Moseley Real Estate School for a field of study in real estate. Glen also attended the International Union of Operating Engineers, IUOE Local 99 in 1996. Prior to that, Glen completed their high school education at Wakefield High School in 1989. They returned to Moseley Real Estate School at some point for further studies in real estate.
