Anjani Bhargava

Anjani Bhargava is the Founder / Managing Partner of DLB Growth Strategies and holds the title of Senior Partner at Evolution and Executive Coach at Blake Street Group. With a background in HR, talent management, organization development, and leadership, Anjani has worked with companies like Lenovo, Topco Associates LLC, and Pepsi Americas. Anjani also serves as a Board Member at LIFE Cross Training (LIFE XT). Anjani holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, an MA in Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University.
