Sarah Hagerman

Sarah Hagerman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sarabande Leadership, a company specializing in executive assessment, development, and coaching. Sarah also works as an Alpine PeopleFirst Executive Coach & Consultant at Alpine Investors, a Principal & Leadership Consultant at Blake Street Group, and a Managing Director & Leadership Partner at Green Peak Partners. Sarah previously held positions at Chief as an Executive Coach & Facilitator and at Kaiser Associates as a Vice President in the Organization Development Practice. Sarah holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University, and a BA in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University.
