Lisa Montes

Lisa Montes has extensive experience in bilingual onboarding, education, and engagement, currently serving in this capacity at Blakeford since December 2017. Previously, Lisa held roles in onboarding and recruitment at HCA Healthcare and worked as a realtor at Reliant Realty, where professional relationships with healthcare professionals were developed as a Medical Sales Consultant for HealthWright Technologies. Additionally, Lisa has worked in various administrative and management roles, including positions at The Nutro Company, Laffer Associates, Apple Computer, YMCA, and the Alzheimer's Association. Lisa holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Santa Clara University, along with a Gerontology Certification, and has furthered education at Universidad de Salamanca and Loretto Academy.
