Simon Pfendt

Simon Pfendt has a diverse work experience in the technical support field. Simon started their career in 2007 as a Technischer Support-Mitarbeiter at Systembetreuung Rödfler. From there, they moved on to Sony Deutschland GmbH, where they worked as an IT Support Trainee before becoming an IT Support Technician. In 2014, they joined Osthoff Innovations as a Service Technician. Simon then worked as a Support Engineer at DriveLock SE in 2016. Currently, Simon is employed at Blancco Technology Group, where they have held roles as a Technical Support Analyst and a Technical Support Engineer.

Simon Pfendt obtained their Technischer Assistent für Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik degree and Fachhochschulreife from DAA Stuttgart, which they attended from 2005 to 2007. In addition, they obtained the HDI Support Center Analyst certification from HDI in June 2018.
