Sourabh Sodani

Sourabh Sodani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sourabh began their career in 2002 as a Project Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they held the positions of Technical Lead and Project Lead.

In 2008, Sourabh joined Avaya as a Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst, contributing their expertise until 2011.

Sourabh then transitioned to Bongile Retail Pvt Ltd, where they served as a Co-founder from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Sourabh joined Xcaliber Technologies as the Director of Product Development, managing this role until 2016.

Their most recent position was at Blancco Technology Group, where they held the roles of Director of Product Development and later Senior Director (R&D) and Country Manager. Sourabh joined the company in 2016 and is currently still in this role.
