Rajul Kansal is the Vice President of Blanchard India and South Asia. He has received commendations from clients across industry for his delivery of various subjects pertaining to organizational and personal effectiveness. His expertise is in Organizational development and Change, Leadership effectiveness, Coaching and ROI study. He is particularly passionate about making learning easy and inclusive.

Prior to joining Blanchard, Rajul has held senior positions in Banking and Finance across UK, Hong Kong and India. Rajul has helped define the entire organizational structure during restructuring. He has helped create Competency Frameworks, Levels of Grades and Roles, Create and define Bands and then run Assessment centers for the defined roles.

Rajul was a part of the core team that conducted one of the most reputed and successful ‘Management Development Plan’ at ‘Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Co. Ltd.’

Rajul is a post graduate in ‘Organizational Development and Change’ from ‘Tata Institute of Social Sciences’. He is the core committee member of the Learning and Development Global, a platform for over 30,000 L&D professionals across the world. Rajul has also completed MBA from Institute of Chartered and Financial Analysts of India post which he worked in Investment Banking across continents. Rajul Is qualified to deliver several Blanchard core training programs like The SLII Experience, Self Leadership, Coaching Essentials, Leading Virtual Teams, Building Trust, Leading People through Change, and Legendry Service.

Rajul Is passionate about the study of whole systems and believes that people and structures need to addressed simultaneously to bring effective change.
