Joanna Boland

Joanna Boland has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Joanna started their career in 2010 at Barclays, where they worked in campus recruiting for investment banking and sales & trading. In 2011, they moved to Milbank LLP as a legal recruiting coordinator. From 2014, Joanna joined Blank Rome LLP and held various roles including legal recruiting coordinator, legal recruiting senior specialist, partner recruiting manager, associate director of partner recruiting, and director of partner recruiting and integration. Joanna'stenure at Blank Rome LLP lasted until at least January 2021.

Joanna Boland holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Development with a concentration in Organizational Studies from Boston College.
