Shelly Sutphen Garcia

Shelly Sutphen Garcia is an experienced professional in program and change management, currently working at Blankenship Change Consulting since 2019. Prior to this role, Shelly held multiple positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2005 to 2020, including Change Management Engagement Lead, where responsibilities included leading a significant ERP transformation for the Finance department and managing change during two major divestitures.
