Rachel Groth

Rachel Prom has an extensive background in business development and talent management, currently serving as an Associate Business Development Manager at Blattner Company, where experience also includes roles as a Talent Development Partner and Training Specialist. Additionally, Rachel holds longstanding positions at Schultz Auctioneers Landmark Realty as an Auction Cashier and Office Assistant. Previous roles include serving as a Peer Educator for Career & Internship Services at the University of Minnesota Duluth and working in various customer service positions at Camp Lebanon and Tree Top Nursery & Landscaping. Rachel Prom holds an MBA, a BBA in Organizational Management, and a BA in Writing Studies, all from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
