Robert Hansen

Robert Hansen is the Director of Professional Services at Blazent. Robert has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on product development and systems engineering. Robert has held management positions at several companies, including Oao Technologies Solutions and The Traverse Group. At Oao Technologies Solutions, they were responsible for delivering monthly software and service diagnostic content updates within a highly complex, multi-vendor environment for General Motor's worldwide service and automotive repair/testing platform. At The Traverse Group, they managed company-wide IT operations and help desk. Robert also developed tools and processes to more effectively manage incidents, service requests, and operational procedures. In their current position at Blazent, they are responsible for overseeing the professional services team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Robert Hansen attended Central Michigan University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Additionally, they took courses in Computer Science and Mathematics which has helped him in their career as an MIS professional.
