Adva Bamnulker Cohen has been working in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition since 2007. Adva Bamnulker Cohen began their career as a Recruitment & Placement Coordinator at Nisha Group in 2007. In 2009, they took on the role of Professional Assessor at Adam Milo, where they conducted occupational assessments and interviews. In 2012, Adva joined Leumi Card - MAX as a Recruitment Specialist, where they recruited for a wide range of positions. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at the Weizmann Institute of Science as Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
