Jacqueline Carr

Jacqueline Carr, MS, OTR/L, currently serves as a Special Education Advisor at BlazerWorks since June 2023. With extensive experience in occupational therapy, Jacqueline has previously held positions as an Occupational Therapist at Rehabilitation Associates, Inc. from August 2017 to June 2023 and at Preferred Therapy Solutions from March 2014 to July 2017, as well as at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation from January 2011 to March 2014. In addition to these roles, Jacqueline has been a Dance Instructor at Flash Pointe Dance since March 2014. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Sacred Heart University.
