Mickey Blayvas is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology and insurance sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Blazesoft Ltd. since February 2016, Mickey has driven innovation in social land-based gaming products. Additionally, Mickey co-founded a stealth-mode Insurtech venture in November 2017, focusing on digital onboarding and policy management. Mickey has served as a Faculty Mentor at the York Entrepreneurship Development Institute since April 2016 and held significant leadership roles at Migdal Group, FocusLive, PRODWARE, Guardian Information Systems, Intel Corporation, and the Israeli Air Force. Mickey's academic credentials include a leadership program at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from New England College.
