Wihad Eldika

Wihad Eldika has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wihad started their career as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Kuwait Food Company (Americana) in 1997. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. In 2015, Wihad became a Business Owner at White Dot Fashion, which they continued until 2017. Currently, they are the Head of Legal Compliance at BLC Bank, a position they have held since 2017.

Wihad ELDIKA holds a Master's Degree in professional Law from Lebanese University - Faculty of Law & Sciences. In addition, Wihad has obtained several certifications including a Certificate of Attendance in "Drafting Policies & Procedures" from Mira-Cle' Consultants in 2019, a Certificate of Achievement in "GDPR" from The Union of Arab Banks in 2019, a Certificate of Attendance in "CMA Regulations & Internal Controls" from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2017, a Certificate of Completion in "Microsoft Office 2013" from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2013. Wihad also holds certifications in Banking Ethics and Lebanese Regulations from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL.
