Maria Espanol is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria since November 2023 and serves as a Hematologist at the Bleeding and Clotting Disorders Institute since July 2022. Previously, Maria Espanol completed a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans from July 2019 to July 2022, and held the titles of Chief Resident and Resident Physician at Nassau University Medical Center from June 2016 to June 2019.
