Subhashish Saha

Subhashish Saha has extensive experience in the financial and power sectors. Subhashish started their career at Essar Steel Limited, where they worked as a Senior Manager from June 2006 to June 2010. Subhashish then joined Reliance Power as a Deputy General Manager, where they played a key role in syndicating debt and raising financing for various power projects. During their time at Reliance Power, they successfully raised funding from international sources such as the US EXIM Bank.

Since 2014, Subhashish has been working at Blend Financial Services, where they have held various roles. Subhashish started as the Vice President of Africa Operations from December 2014 to March 2016. Subhashish then served as the Senior Vice President from April 2016 to February 2018. Subsequently, they were promoted to Co-Head of Export & Structured Finance, a position they held from March 2018 to November 2020. Currently, they are the Head of the Export & Structured Finance Division and a member of the StratComm, playing a critical role in setting the path for the company's future growth. In this role, they lead a large team responsible for structuring and arranging finance for projects across Africa, the Middle East, South East Asia, and Latin America. Subhashish has a strong network of international banks, financial institutions, and export credit agencies that they utilize to raise financing for various sectors, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, energy, and mining.

From 2004 to 2006, Subhashish Saha obtained a PGDM degree in Finance and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
