Kat Buchanan is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in sports management, sales, and coaching. Currently serving as a Membership Sales Specialist at Blend since October 2023, Kat previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant for DSJ Global, focusing on attracting technical operations talent for organizations. Kat's experience includes playing professional lacrosse with Athletes Unlimited and interning with Mass Golf, where over 50 championships were executed, alongside collaboration with the USGA. Kat also has coaching experience at Compete Strength and Conditioning and Boston Laxachusetts, contributing to athlete development. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports and Recreation Management from James Madison University, Kat combines a strong educational foundation with a passion for sports and talent management.
