Amber (Bam) Clifford is a Customer Service Specialist Tier II at Blenko Glass Company since February 2020. Amber (Bam) previously held the position of Senior Customer Service Associate at Amazon from May 2011 to September 2018, where their responsibilities included assisting customers who called multiple times within a day and escalating systemic issues. Prior to Amazon, Amber (Bam) was the Co Owner of Java Joint from October 2001 to April 2011, where Amber (Bam) managed various aspects of the restaurant business, including payroll, staffing, inventory, scheduling, customer service, advertising, menu creation, and catering events.
