Jeffrey Sparks has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeffrey started their career at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. in 2014 as a Cheese Technical Services Coordinator and worked there until 2018. During this time, they gained knowledge and expertise in the cheese industry. In 2018, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Miyoko's before briefly taking on the role of Fermentation Kitchen Manager at WILD WEST FERMENTS. Jeffrey then transitioned to Fisher's Cheese + Wine as a Cheesemonger. In 2019, they returned to Miyoko's and held multiple roles including Production Supervisor, Associate Continuous Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer, and Sanitation Manager. Their most recent experience is with Blentech Corporation, where they started as a Sales Engineer 1 in 2021 and is currently working as a Testing & Trials Lead. With a background in cheese, fermentation, and process engineering, Jeffrey brings a wide range of skills to their roles.
Jeffrey Sparks attended the University of California, Davis from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology.
