Rufo Gabrillo

Rufo Gabrillo is a seasoned software architect at Bliimo Technologies Inc since May 2019, with a strong background in technology leadership gained as a tech lead at RNR Digital Consultancy from March 2017 to May 2019. Rufo began an academic career as Instructor 1 at Pangasinan State University from August 2016 to March 2018, leveraging expertise in information technology cultivated during studies at the same institution, where Rufo earned a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from 2011 to 2015.
