Daniëlle Berndsen

Daniëlle Berndsen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as CFO for Korian, overseeing Benelux Finance, IT, Data Management, and Purchase since October 2021. Concurrently, Daniëlle holds various leadership positions including Board Member for Blijf Groep, which operates shelters and provides support for victims of domestic violence, and serves as Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board at De Werkplaats Kindergemeenschap. With a solid background in financial management, Daniëlle also owns Kairos Risk Management, focusing on innovative risk management strategies, and has held several interim financial leadership roles across multiple organizations. Daniëlle’s educational qualifications include a doctoral degree from Nyenrode Business University and a Master of Arts in conflict management from Maastricht University.
