John was the Head of Strategy, Plans & Performance at Blind Veterans UK, where they developed strategies and plans to achieve the organization's goals. John also worked as the Practice Standards Manager at the same company, where they implemented systems and processes to monitor care compliance and performance. Before that, they served as the Managing Director at Sole Enterprises (Bristol) Ltd, providing management and consultancy services. John also held the position of Head of Quality & Compliance at Pobl Group, where they ensured compliance with regulations and managed data protection processes. John S. was the Head of Business Development at Support, Empower Promote Empower, where they successfully secured and set up contracts with local authorities. Prior to that, they were the General Manager Social Enterprises at Shaw Trust, responsible for diversifying funding streams and increasing the number of people supported. Lastly, they worked as the Employment Services Manager at RNIB Cymru.
