Bechara Ghanem

Bechara Ghanem is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production management and architectural consulting. Currently serving as the Production Director at Blink Experience since December 2019, Bechara leads the production department, managing approximately 40 full-time employees and 70 freelancers per project while successfully directing multiple high-profile events. Prior to this role, Bechara founded and managed LABSQUARE from May 2004 to February 2020, overseeing more than 200 projects across Lebanon and various African nations, with a focus on architectural consulting and project management. Bechara's career began as a Senior Architect at Builders Design Consultants from October 1998 to April 2004, where responsibilities included comprehensive project management and client relations. Bechara holds a Master of Architecture degree from Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts, obtained in June 1997.
