Wassim Abdallah

Wassim Abdallah is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Blink Experience since October 2019, Wassim has successfully developed corporate positions matrix, organizational structure, job descriptions, HR processes, and standard operating procedures. Prior roles include HR Manager at Fadi Saway Sal and Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Nesma Trading Co. Ltd., where Wassim also acted as the HR Support Services Unit Head. Additional experience includes positions at QD-SBG Construction and Saudi Oger Ltd., focusing on employee relations and HR support. Wassim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Balamand.
