Rachit Agarwal

Rachit Agarwal is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Growth at Blinkit since June 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from May 2018 to June 2023, where Rachit held positions as Project Leader, Consultant, and Senior Associate, having initially joined as a Summer Associate in April 2017, earning a pre-placement offer. Prior to BCG, Rachit worked as a Transfer Pricing Associate at Deloitte India from June 2014 to January 2016, focusing on providing strategic Transfer Pricing analysis to diverse industries. Rachit began the professional journey with an internship at SBI Mutual Fund in mid-2012, devising strategies for cross-selling mutual fund products. Rachit holds a PGP/PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has participated in an exchange program at Copenhagen Business School. Rachit completed a BA (Hons) in Economics from Hindu College and attained higher secondary education with a focus on Economics, Accountancy, and Mathematics from City Montessori School, Lucknow.
