Alberto Garcia Galvez has a diverse work history spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they served as a Marketing Manager for the Pet Food Industry, where they developed and executed marketing programs, worked closely with product development departments, and partnered with the CEO to create annual budgets. Galvez then joined HDM World LLC in 2019 as the Customer Experience E-commerce, BE & Innovation Director, where they generated solutions for the business based on customer discovery research, set the vision and strategy for retail innovation, and identified and prioritized customer problems or ideas for exploration.

In 2019, Galvez also co-founded Bliss Pago, where they served as the CMO and co-founder. Lastly, they are currently working at Tecnológico de Monterrey as a Senior Business Consultant and Mentor.

Alberto Garcia Galvez has a diverse and extensive education history. Alberto obtained a Diploma in Marketing from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2011, following which they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Gestión de marketing from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, completing it in 2011. In 2015, Alberto earned a Diploma in Digital Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.

Continuing their education, Alberto pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Innovation from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, starting in 2021 and completing it in 2023. During this period, they also focused on Innovation Strategy Concentration at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2022-2023.
