Sam Duvall

Sam Duvall has a strong background in technology and startups. Sam co-founded Blissbook in 2013, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer. At Blissbook, they focused on creating, distributing, and maintaining digital employee handbooks. Prior to Blissbook, Sam co-founded Rocket Whale, Inc. in 2011, where they also served as the Chief Technology Officer. In that role, they worked with a team to design and develop real-time, data-driven websites using the latest technologies. Sam also participated in Flashpoint at Georgia Tech in 2014 as a Cohort 4 participant, where they learned about startup engineering. Before their startup ventures, Sam worked at DRT from 2003 to 2011 as a Manager of RF Software. In this role, they designed and built software frameworks for calibrating and testing RF hardware. Sam also managed and trained interns and full-time employees.

Sam Duvall obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Sam also attended Flashpoint, but no specific dates or degrees were provided for this educational experience.
