Santiago Barros

Santiago Barros has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Santiago began their career in 2012 as a Research Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they gained experience in research and project management.

In 2012, Santiago also completed a professional internship at VTR, where they served as an Ingeniero de Planificación de Capacidad y Redes. In this role, they assisted in the development of engineering guidelines and planning for annual investment capacity plans, as well as documentation and standardization of procedures.

After their time at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and VTR, Santiago joined Dictuc in 2015 as an Ingeniero de Proyectos. Santiago worked on project engineering until 2020.

In 2018, Santiago embarked on a new venture as the Co-Founder and CEO of Redefine SpA. Santiago held this position until 2020, where they gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship and leadership.

Recently, Santiago Barros has taken on a new role as a Hardware Engineer at BLISSWAY starting in 2021.

Santiago Barros completed their education in a chronological manner. Following their undergraduate studies, Santiago continued their academic journey at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, focusing on Wireless Sensor Networks. This program spanned from 2010 to 2012.
