Santiago Barros has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Santiago began their career in 2012 as a Research Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they gained experience in research and project management.
In 2012, Santiago also completed a professional internship at VTR, where they served as an Ingeniero de Planificación de Capacidad y Redes. In this role, they assisted in the development of engineering guidelines and planning for annual investment capacity plans, as well as documentation and standardization of procedures.
