Alaina Arntsen-Metz is an experienced makeup artist and business owner currently serving as the Owner and Makeup Artist at Starlit Beauty Co. since May 2023 and as a Makeup Artist at Blo Blow Dry Bar since January 2023. Previously, Alaina held the position of Director of Client Care at Ideal Image until July 2023 and worked at SEPHORA in various roles, including Sephora Collection Ambassador and Beauty Studio Coordinator from June 2017 to November 2020. Alaina's career in the beauty industry also includes managerial experience as Cosmetics Counter Manager at Dillard's and proficiency in eyebrow and facial waxing as a Benefit Arch Expert at ULTA Beauty. Alaina's foundational experience began as a Freelance Artist for Benefit Cosmetics and an Esthetician at European Wax Center. Alaina is a licensed Esthetician, having completed education at the Aveda Institute-Chapel Hill and Wake Technical Community College.
