Martin Leese is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in compensation, benefits, and talent management across multiple regions and industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner in People Operations at Block.one since December 2018, Martin Leese focuses on human capital solutions in the blockchain and crypto-financial services sector. Prior to this role, Martin Leese held significant HR leadership positions at Citi Asia Pacific, where oversight was given to a diverse regional HR portfolio, and at Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc., Credit Suisse, HSBC, and ECA International, all contributing to extensive knowledge in compensation practices and employee engagement strategies.
