Sarah Kelly is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a robust background in organizational support and people management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Block since January 2023, Sarah advises the Chief Legal Officer and analyzes people data to inform strategic initiatives within Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Communications. Prior experience includes a role as a People Business Partner at Lyft, where Sarah supported various executives and client groups, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Constance Therapeutics, focusing on manager coaching and compliance. Sarah's extensive experience at Target encompassed multiple positions, culminating in the role of Director of Store Operations, along with managing HR functions and enhancing guest experiences.
