As Director of People Operations and Development, Christine Kroll is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing all areas of human resource functions at Blockchains. This includes administering and innovating human resources programs and policies to make sure we are successfully supporting company goals and positively engaging the company’s workforce.

With over 20 years of management, development, and HR experience, Christine is passionate about employee development and attracting top talent to join the team. In a close partnership with the operations team, she is responsible for leading the company’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain the best talent. Seeing success and growth within the company and its employees is what keeps her driven.

When it comes to off-hours, Christine is even more passionate about her family and the time they spend together. Whether they are traveling, adventuring, hiking, or relaxing, spending time outdoors, or exploring new places, family time is precious to her.
