Paul-John (PJ) Tierney

Paul-John (PJ) Tierney has a diverse and extensive background in sales and business development within the payment processing industry. Their most recent role is Head of Sales at BlockChyp, where they lead and manages the sales and marketing efforts for a rapidly growing company. Prior to this, PJ served as the Vice President - Integrated Payments at EVO Payments, Inc., where they managed the Integrated Payments division and oversaw partnerships with ISV's and resellers. Paul-John (PJ) also has experience as a Channel Sales Director at Cayan LLC, where they developed and managed the VAR channel strategy and achieved significant revenue growth. PJ's earlier roles include Regional Sales Manager at Mercury Payment Systems and Channel Sales Manager at Merchant Warehouse, where they consistently achieved sales goals and led successful teams. Paul-John (PJ) began their career as a Sales Associate at Bicon LLC. Throughout their career, PJ has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving sales growth.

Paul-John (PJ) Tierney attended Xaverian HS from 1993 to 1997. Paul-John (PJ) did not receive a degree or pursue a specific field of study during their time in high school. From 1999 to 2005, they attended UMass Boston and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. In May 2013, they also obtained a certification in Electronic Transactions from the Electronic Transactions Association, becoming an ETA Certified Payments Professional.
