Ishgun Singh Arora

Ishgun Singh Arora is a product lead at Recruiting From Scratch, specializing in building products and leading sales strategies for technical teams in early-stage startups. Concurrently, Ishgun serves as a founding member at BlockSpan, focusing on a blockchain data infrastructure platform. Previously, Ishgun interned at The FashionVerse, contributing to a digital fashion company, and at the Smart Contract Research Forum, where recognition as employee of the summer was awarded. Early experiences include an internship at KPMG India focused on blockchain architecture and founding NextGenTutors, an Ed-Tech company that provided online education to thousands of students in India. Ishgun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics & Machine Learning and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at Strawberry Fields School for Juniors.
