Makram Hani

Makram Hani has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Makram is the Founder & CEO of Arms & McGregor International® since 2007, where they conduct international business in various sectors, including real estate and publicly listed companies. Makram also serves as the Co-Founder of REI Capital Holding Ltd., which aims to make real estate investing easier and more accessible. Additionally, they hold executive positions in organizations such as FIBREE, where they are an Executive Board Member and Regional Chair, and GM Research & Advisory, where they are a Co-Founder & Advisor. Makram Hani is also involved in the tech industry, working as the Chief Operating Officer of Blocksquare, a company focused on tokenizing real estate. Makram has previous experience as the Co-Founder and board member of Morgan's International Realty and as the Founder of PropertyePortal.com. Makram Hani's work experience encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and achievements in the real estate and tech sectors.

Makram Hani completed their high school education in 2002 at Irfan School, where they pursued a degree in General Science. Makram then attended the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique from 2000 to 2002, where they reached the third year of their degree in Oriental Music. Makram went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Hartford, which they attended from 2002 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Makram Hani obtained the Certified Real Estate Practitioner Training from the Management and Real Estate Academy in February 2009. In April 2012, they completed the Continuous Education for Real Estate Brokers program from the Dubai Real Estate Institute and Arello Certified. Makram also obtained the Ejari Training Certification from Emirates Real Estate Solutions & Dubai Real Estate Institute in May 2012. Lastly, Makram achieved the certification for Mastering Property Management from the Management and Real Estate Academy in April 2012.
