Rachel Escobar, PHR

Rachel Escobar, PHR has worked in the human resources field since 2012. Rachel began their career as a Member Service Representative- Personal Banker and Member Service Representative Teller at Patelco Credit Union from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Pebble Tech as an HR Generalist and Recruiting Coordinator. In 2016, Rachel joined Blockstream as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, and Director of People. In 2018, Rachel moved to StartupExperts as an HR Leader. In each role, Rachel has been responsible for managing the daily HR transactions, preparing reports, leading the onboarding process, processing employee life cycle changes, and more.

Rachel Escobar holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University, which they earned between 2011 and 2013. Rachel also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley, which they earned between 2014 and 2016. In 2017, they obtained a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Rachel also holds a Human Resource Management certification from UC Berkeley Extension.
