Marty Krátký-Katz

Founder & CEO at Blockthrough

Marty Krátký-Katz is the Founder and CEO of Blockthrough. Marty was previously the President and Board Member of the Acceptable Ads Committee from September 2018 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of ConnectOTT from July 2013 to March 2016.

Marty has always been passionate about networking and connecting people. This led him to co-found ConnectOTT, an annual non-profit networking dinner attended by over 200 people annually. Throughout a 3-course dinner, attendees spent each course with 2 different industry leaders and 5 other attendees, switching tables after each course. The format made it easy and fun for attendees to connect with amazing people who could help them succeed in their field.

In July 2018, Marty was elected President and Board Member of the Acceptable Ads Committee. The AAC is the independent non-profit that governs Acceptable Ads, the industry standard for respectfully monetizing adblock users. Marty served in this role until July 2022 when they stepped down as President and moved into a pure board role.

In September 2018, Marty founded Blockthrough, a company that provides solutions that enable publishers to respect user choice while still monetizing their content. Under Marty’s leadership, Blockthrough has become the go-to solution for major publishers who want to respect user choice and still generate revenue.
