Thea Munch

Thea Munch is an HR-konsulent at Netcompany since October 2024 and a Board Member at the Afghan Daanish Foundation since August 2024, where efforts focus on developing strategies to enhance the Afghan education system and promoting women's empowerment. Previously, Thea served as an Executive Search Consultant at Amrop and as a Recruitment Consultant at Bencke & Partners, both of which emphasize leadership and HR solutions.
