Andrés Martin-Lopez

Before joining Blokur as CTO Andres headed an innovation team at Universal Music Group, developing several industry-leading platforms for data science, machine learning and repertoire-metadata. During his time at Universal Music Group he was also responsible for Universal’s synch licensing platform and Universal’s meta data API, which powers several streaming services. Before UMG, he worked as a software engineer at companies including Vodafone and Thales. Andrés holds a Masters in Advanced Computer Science from Manchester University.
