Catherine Trapp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality systems and volunteer management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Quality Systems Specialist at Bloodworks Northwest since August 2006, Catherine oversees quality and regulatory services, including quality training, regulatory inspections, and deviation management. Previously, in the role of Volunteer Services Manager, Catherine managed a large team of staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance and effective staffing for blood collection initiatives across Western Washington and Oregon. Catherine's leadership experience also includes serving as Board President for Volunteer Administrators Network/DOVIA of King County and as Lead Membership Development Manager for Girl Scouts - Totem Council.
