Carlos Wakim

Carlos-Antonio Wakim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and development sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Bloom Holding since October 2021, Wakim has previously held prominent positions including Chief Development Officer at AMAALA and Senior Executive Director of Development at Dubai Properties. Additional roles include Chief Development Officer and Senior Director at TDIC, as well as Head of Development at Zabeel Properties and Senior Manager of Development at Emaar Properties. Wakim holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts, completed between 1985 and 1991.
