Sonja Wilkerson

Sonja joined Bloom Energy as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer in January 2019. She has more than 30 years of HR leadership experience and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Infinera, where she successfully developed talent strategies to drive organizational effectiveness through the integration of people, technologies, processes and cultures. Prior to Infinera, Sonja worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as VP of Human Resources. In this role she was responsible for providing strategic HR support to the Global Finance and Legal organizations. Sonja joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise from Cisco, where she worked as a Director of Human Resources for more than a decade. Sonja holds a B.S. in Organizational Behavior, an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco, and an M.S. in Technology Management from Pepperdine University. She currently serves on the board of directors of Koppers, a producer of materials for the aluminum, railroad, agriculture and other industries.
