Victoria Freitas

Victoria Freitas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Victoria currently holds the position of Lead People Partner at Bloom & Wild since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2020, where they played a critical role in delivering the HR Plan for Amazon's largest fulfillment centers in the UK. Victoria also worked as a Regional HR professional at Carillion from 2012 to 2016, providing HR advice and guidance to front line managers across multiple sites. Before that, they served as an HR Administrator at Fujitsu Global on a fixed-term contract in 2012, implementing process improvements to increase departmental efficiencies. Victoria also worked as an HR Administrator at Rentokil Initial from 2010 to 2011, where they assisted with acquisitions and successfully claimed substantial funds for the business. Lastly, they spent six years at Next Group PLC, starting in 2004, where they held various roles and was recognized for their outstanding performance as the Recruitment and Training Officer.

Victoria Freitas completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Advertising from Birmingham City University, which took place from 2006 to 2009. Victoria then pursued further education and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in CIPD Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
